About Dr Nicola Lincoln
Dr Nicola Lincoln is an Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience consulting to large multinational organisations. Over her career, she has built a strong reputation for an honest, straightforward approach to the complex intra- and interpersonal dynamics that shape organisational performance.
Nicola is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a member of both the Special Group in Coaching Psychology and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Exeter, an MSc in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Manchester Business School, and a PhD from Loughborough University Business School.
Nicola is also a member of the Faculty for the Executive MBA programme at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), a leading public technical university in Denmark known for its world-class executive education. DTU’s Executive MBA (Master in Management of Technology) is a highly regarded, internationally oriented programme that equips senior managers and business leaders with strategic insight and practical tools to navigate complex business challenges. Her involvement reflects a commitment to applied leadership education and underscores her engagement with top-tier academic and professional communities. 
She divides her time between the French Alps and the Cotswolds and is immensely proud of raising two daughters with her husband, Ollie. As they begin their own independent journeys, Nicola and her family are looking forward to new adventures together. Outside of work, she is a spin instructor and an enthusiastic lover of the outdoors, particularly walking and skiing in the mountains and, more recently, gardening.
